Desert Vibes: Paint & Sip under the Museum lights

Join us as we co-host a paint party at the Western Heritage Museum in Hobbs, on Thursday, April 17, 2025.  

Event Location:

Western Heritage Museum 
1 Thunderbird Circle, Hobbs, NM

Thanks to the generosity of Western Heritage Museum, we're thrilled to offer you the chance to attend the event at a reduced cost of just $35!

Participants will have the opportunity to create a welcome sign, with 2 design choices. All supplies and materials are included and you will choose your color scheme at the event.  Non-alcoholic sips will be provided.

To ensure a spot, it's essential to pre-register for the event. It's advisable to register early, as spots may fill up quickly.

Ticket includes:

• 1 reserved ticket for Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 6 - 8pm
• Choice of sign (NM Zia or Cactus Window)
• Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided

(Signs will be picked up on event date @ the museum)

 Event Information:

This is an open event and anyone can sign up, space is limited, so sign up early!  Ticketed participants will be listed under the name input at checkout, unless noted otherwise in the "Order Special Instructions" box prior to checkout.  If you register for multiple people, please list the participant names to help swiftly distribute signs at the event.

Painting will start promptly at event time, so please arrive a few minutes early.  The event will not be delayed due to participants that arrive late.  However, we will do our best to get you caught up.

NO REFUNDS or RESCHEDULING due to missed events.  This is a LIVE event. Signs are prepared in advance based on orders.  We will NOT be able to accommodate design changes after purchasing or at the event.
