Private Event Host Deposit
Interested in hosting a PRIVATE paint event?
Private events require a minimum of 8 people and are scheduled based on availability. A non refundable deposit of $65 is due to secure your event date. The deposit will count towards the host’s sign, as long as the party minimum requirements are met. Email wootleydesigns@gmail.com to discuss potential event dates.
After your date is secured and scheduled, you will receive a sign up link to share with those you wish to invite to the event. All signs from the Design Gallery can be chosen or we can customize a sign for your event.
The studio can hold up to 16 painters. Have more painters? No problem, we can host an event at a location of your choice.

READ BELOW before placing a deposit & notify your guests of the minimum painter requirements for Private Events! By placing a deposit, you agree to the refund policy below and have the responsibility of informing your guests.
No refunds on Private Events!
If the Private Event does meet the minimum requirement of 8 painters, the HOST will have 2 choices:
- One opportunity to reschedule when rescheduling is discussed 72 hours prior to the original party time! After the 72 hour window passes, you will receive DIY kits OR
- Painters will take their sign as DIY kits and paint on their own time. (Paint, brushes, & glue are not included)
Signs are prepared as they are ordered, therefore refunds will not be given.
